I had a really amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even spoke English well. They arranged for me to rent a scooter, which was delivered right to the hotel, and they even bought my return train tickets with ease. The room was spacious and well laid out, and it even had a balcony. The bathroom was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to and from the train station and night market. the service, room, and location of this place were exceptional.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean, the amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't be better.

My recent stay at Just Sleep was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center, and I loved that I could easily reach it by car. The hotel even had a small parking lot for free parking, which was very convenient. The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I appreciated the many power outlets and sockets, including USB and European ones, making it easy to charge all my devices. The breakfast options were great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Just Sleep for a great stay in Hualien City.

We recently had a romantic escape and had a good experience at this hotel. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel is situated in a great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also liked that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with a good selection of food.

The elevators were slow and often crowded, leading to long waits. the room we stayed in had thin walls which made it easy to hear noise from the outside and neighboring rooms, which was not very conducive to a romantic atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Main Street, where you can find various shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The rooms are clean and equipped with basic necessities such as a fridge, safe box, and electric kettle. The breakfast served in the light stylish cafeteria offers a nice mix of Western and Chinese dishes. Additionally, the hotel has a playroom for children and a library on the second floor.

The corridor leading to the room is quite dark and could benefit from some additional lighting.
