The hot spring at Kailan Hotel was a wonderful treat. Although it took a little while for the water to heat up, once it did, it was perfect for a relaxing soak. The late night meals served were absolutely delicious, and I especially appreciated the variety of breakfast options that changed each day. The balcony on the 4th floor provided stunning views of both the sunset and sunrise. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary bicycle rentals for two hours, allowing guests to explore the area with ease. I highly recommend this hotel for its hot spring, tasty meals, and beautiful amenities.

Spent Easter with family and enjoyed hot springs, late-night meal, and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. the hotel offered free bicycle rentals, which was also a plus. the location was great for us as it was close to the highway and easy to find. the staff was friendly and attentive.

The hot spring took some time to get hot, and the cleaner wasn't thorough as there was hair left in the room. the room was also noisy, and we could hear outdoor sounds, which made it tough to sleep at night.

They went above and beyond to assist me with any requests I had, and even allowed me to have a late check-out without charging any additional fees. The room itself was clean and comfy, with a lovely bath and all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated that they changed the breakfast dishes over the two days I stayed, adding variety to my dining experience. This hotel truly knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services.

As youngsters, we had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location is near the sea, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a bath in every room. The staff was nice and very helpful, even though they didn't speak English well. We were able to rent bicycles for free and explore the area. The late night meals were delicious, and the breakfast menu had a variety of options.
