This hotel exceeded my expectations with their first, rate service and luxurious amenities. the Spa & Wellness Centre was the perfect retreat, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. the heated swimming pool with sun loungers was my go, to spot to unwind. the exclusive room advantages were impressive, with a lavish private facility and well, stocked mini, bar. Dining in the restaurant was an indulgent experience, with a wide selection of delicious dishes.

While it did have numerous location advantages, such as being close to popular tourist attractions and shopping centres, it was a bit isolated from the bustling city centre.

The room boasts a city view, perfect for enjoying during a 2-night stay. The kids loved the indoor pool and gym, great for rainy days. Easy mall access was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, although it was a bit expensive.

Spacious rooms and great location! the rooms at this hotel were incredibly spacious and provided ample space for my family. the location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and a newly opened department store with fantastic shopping and dining options. On top of that, the hotel had an amazing gym with dedicated trainers, as well as a full-size pool and jacuzzi/spa area.

Mediocre food and inexperienced staff. the Chinese restaurant at the hotel offered only average food, except for the delicious Peking Duck.
