This hotel is conveniently located just opposite the main station and has excellent service. Rooms are equipped with everything you need, including very good showering facilities, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options with multiple vegetarian-friendly dishes.

The location was very convenient, close to the train station and public transportation. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, great for checking my emails and browsing social media. the room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced regularly. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was much smaller than I expected, and the bed was uncomfortable. the breakfast options were minimal and did not offer much variety.

The view from some rooms may not be ideal, as they face other windows instead of a scenic outlook.

Excellent except one Front Desk staff member

During our two-night stay at Kindness Hotel - Kaohsiung Main, everything went smoothly except for one bad check-in experience. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel for its high-quality rooms, delicious meals , and friendly staff.

Upon arrival on November 3rd, we encountered Ms. Jia-Ling Tsai at the front desk. Unfortunately, she didn't greet us warmly or apologize for mistakenly canceling our reservation.
