We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the night markets and shopping areas. We were also impressed with the automatic doors that made coming and going from the hotel a breeze.

The only downside we experienced was with the water pressure in our room making showering a bit challenging. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The hotel's location is a definite advantage, as it is conveniently situated near the bustling Fengjia night market. We were able to easily access the market within a 10-minute walk, allowing us to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and indulge in delicious street food. Furthermore, the hotel is in close proximity to a shopping area, providing ample opportunities for retail therapy.

It is worth noting that there were some complaints about the lack of loyalty rewards for returning customers. This could be a point of improvement for the hotel to consider in order to prioritize customer satisfaction and encourage loyalty.

The staff were friendly and helpful, convenient location near Fengjia Night Market, well-equipped and comfortable rooms, amazing views from balconies, exceptional coziness.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is fantastic, as it is near to Fengjia night market, where we could explore a wide variety of food choices. Another positive aspect is the excellent service provided by the staff, especially those on night shift. They were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room amenities were also top-notch, with air conditioning, free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The facilities, such as the dining restaurant and the leisure/TV room, were well-maintained and provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities at this hotel. The laundry room was a great convenience, and they even provided detergent and a comfortable waiting area. The gym and jacuzzi were also a nice touch for relaxation. The outdoor café/bar and the option to have breakfast there was a lovely way to start the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was varied. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
