I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was really good. The SPA area was well-maintained and very relaxing. The beds in the bedroom were extremely nice and firm, and the duvet and sheets felt soft. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and they had recently been refurbished. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located near a FamilyMart and the high-speed train station, making it easy to get around this city.

The underground section felt like an entire shopping mall, exclusively for hotel guests. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The express check-out with key drops on every floor was seamless and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel also had a relatively large swimming pool exclusively for guests, and the location was convenient to the tech park and the high-speed train to Taipei.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. The oversized rooms were immaculate and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views of nature and a peaceful stream of water. In terms of facilities, the fitness center was impressive and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of Chinese and American food options.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, as it required catching a taxi to go to the heart of the town or the train station. Additionally, the housekeepers seemed to lack proper training, as they entered our room without knocking on the door and even walked in on us while we were using the toilet.
