Convenient location with nearby shopping, 5-minute walk to Takashimaya. Friendly staff and spacious, clean room with a small refrigerator. Enjoyed the bathtub and large TV screen. Awesome breakfast buffet with attentive restaurant staff. Front desk personnel responsive and helpful.

Christmas at this hotel was very festive with beautiful decorations and a cozy atmosphere. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of hot dishes and the coffee was delicious. the hotel was located near a convenience store and a mall, making it easy to grab snacks and explore the area.

The shower was not draining properly, which caused the bathroom floor to flood every time we took a shower. the staff did not seem to address the issue, even after we reported it.

The pool inside the bathroom, huge and luxurious. Attentive restaurant staff, delicious breakfast. Helpful and honest front desk personnel. Great location with lots of food choices and a nearby shopping center.
