Helpful staff, language barrier not an issue. Good lighting and clean rooms. Comfy beds, firm mattress. Convenient location, close to attractions and wifi available.

Had a great weekend at a hotel in Tainan! Loved the helpful staff who were always available to call taxis and recommend local food spots. the breakfast buffet was excellent with a mix of Chinese and western cuisine. the location was perfect, with all the attractions just a stone's throw away. One more advantage was the quietness of the room, even though the hotel was right in the middle of the city. a fantastic experience!

One of the drawbacks was the poor noise insulation in the room. the internet connection was a bit slow for our liking.
