The location of the hotel was very convenient, with the Beitou station within walking distance, as well as a convenience store just a minute away where we could grab breakfast. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, offering shuttle services to and from the station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the private hot spring tub in the bathroom was a perfect way to relax after a long day.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel could be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Pavilion Hot Spring. The hotel's traditional hot spring experience was exactly what we were looking for. The private hot spring pool in our room was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the daily access to the hot spring facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to transporting our luggage. The spacious room and delicious breakfast added to the overall pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. a great hot spring destination.

The hotel staff really exceeded our expectations and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very helpful in recommending local restaurants to us and even drove us there and back. the hot spring bath was a highlight of our trip, with the outdoor onsen being particularly beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was included and although it wasn’t what we were used to, we appreciated the effort they made to accommodate our preferences.

the staff provided great service and were very accommodating, especially during the typhoon season. the hotel offered helpful advice and a convenient shuttle pick-up service. They even made adjustments for seniors and provided lower level rooms. the hot spring in the room was a nice touch, allowing for ultimate relaxation. the breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff made us feel at home. the chauffeur service was also fantastic, with a spacious and comfortable car. the communication and thoughtful attitude made for a great experience.
