I had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The room was bright and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom equipped with private facilities. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to all my needs. Additionally, there was a well-appointed restaurant, which served delicious dinners with a variety of options.

While everything was impeccable, I did encounter a minor issue with the live entertainment. Although the hotel advertised karaoke and a leisure/TV room, the sound facilities were not up to par.

Comfy bed, separate shower & tub, big room, lovely garden area, tall dining room ceiling. Sophisticated, practical bathroom tiles. Marble buffet countertops. New, clean, & comfortable. Welcome gift of red wine, towels, & chocolates. Free drinks & dinner sets. Free shuttle to Metro, but limited schedule. Delicious tea set & Shar Pei cake at coffee shop. Friendly & obliging staff. Short taxi ride to local metro/bus station. Really clean room with nice touches. Helpful with airport transport.

The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. the staff was helpful in giving directions to key attractions and the free shuttle was a great way to get around the city. We also enjoyed the free drinks and snacks at check-in.

Although the room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and the shower lacked pressure. We also had trouble getting hot water in the morning.
