The location is fantastic! It's incredibly close to the main train station and surrounded by plenty of food options. I found the communal bathrooms very clean, and the heated toilet seats were a delightful surprise.

The room was a bit small, which might be cramped for some travelers.

oh, the room was absoluteley freezing, I was shocked there were no portable heaters provided, and the only bathroom sink space forced me to roam to the basement just to wash my face. I really thought an extra pillow woudl ve been a nice touch, but I guess I’m not special enough for that. just couldn’t give a good review.

The shared bathroom needs better sink space!!! Also, a portable heater would be fantastic for winter!!! Plus, water dispensers on more floors would enhance convenience!!!

The location is truly unbeatable, just about a 10-minute walk to the bustling Ximending area, with plenty of food options nearby.

The key card provided to me was a bit grubby, which was slightly off-putting when checking in.

it's a shame the swipe doors kept making noise, i could hear blow-dryers at all hours. i mean, who thought that would be acceptable? also, with no microwave on my side of the hotel, you'd think a complimentary upgrade would be offered for my troubles, but no, i guess i'm not important enough for that. just couldn’t give a good review.

Request laundry soap at the lobby for the washing machine on the rooftop. it's a convenient service that can help you freshen up during your stay.

We stayed here with a few couples and found the cozy vibe perfect for relaxing after exploring Taipei. With comfortable beds and digital programming for entertainment, we loved our stay. It's centrally located near great food spots, making everything easily accessible.

My wife says that an extra pillow would be a nice touch.

This place suits me perfectly with wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions I needed, making it memorable. I highly recommend asking for laundry needs! I'm coming back for my next trip.

the shared washrooms were kept very clean and had plenty of toiletries available. the double international power socket in my room was poorly designed, allowing only one plug at a time.

Fantastic location right by Taipei Main Station, super accessible for public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Loved the modern decor in the room and the rooftop laundry facilities were a must!

the only downside was the key card was kinda grubby,,, but the location was perfect! tons of food options around and super close to the train station. the room had a safe and fridge which was great for storing snacks! loved that they provided body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower!

the location is super central, right by train stations and tons of food options everywhere. the staff are really chill and can speak english well, which is a bonus. the communal bathrooms are super clean and the shower has good pressure, so that was nice. the room was cozy but a bit small, had a TV even tho it didn't have netflix lol. oh, and they let u leave your bags if you arrive before check-in, which is sweet.
