Convenient Location near transportation hubs, with a quiet surroundings. Clean, spacious rooms with a comfortable sleeping area. Friendly staff and a unique hotel design. Great facilities including a cozy library and complimentary coffee and tea. Delicious buffet breakfast and evening noodles are a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being near the railway station and the famous Miyahara ice-cream cafe & pastry. The room is clean and decent, with amenities such as a large LCD TV and free WiFi. The staff is friendly and greets guests warmly.

The breakfast selection is quite limited and could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and giving us directions to the bus station. The room was spacious and the bed was huge, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing night's sleep. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a shared kitchen and a dining restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide selection of food to choose from. we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone!

the basement setting felt dark and uninviting. the staff also seemed indifferent and were not particularly helpful or welcoming.
