We were upgraded to a top floor room with a beautiful garden and koi pond. The staff were helpful and professional, and the location was excellent. The hotel was very secure, with key cards and a safe in the room.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

One minor downside was that some rooms did not have a view and faced a dark alley, which limited the natural light in the room. Additionally, the breakfast service started a bit late at 7am, which may be inconvenient for early risers.
