Great value, excellent service, extended check out time, complimentary fruits and snacks, good range of complimentary toiletries.

Nothing to dislike.

The first thing that hit me was how spacious the room is. This is something newer hotels don't have. Having said that, despite looking a little dated, facilities were well maintained and the room is impeccably clean. MRT station is right at the door step, so is the bus stop. There are many shops and amenities footsteps away. Its within walkable distance from Taipei 101 , sun yat sen memorial and everything in between.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was central and convenient for exploring the city. Plus, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was extremely outdated and in need of renovation. the rooms were musty and had a damp smell.

It is also close to Rao He night market, offering a wide range of delicious street food and shopping options. Guests have mentioned that the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent service.

Some guests have mentioned that the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right above the subway and surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes. The service was outstanding, especially from Charlene and Angelina who allowed me to have a late check-out. The room amenities were top-notch such as ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and even free toiletries.

Recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with excellent service and amenities.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. the staff showed great professionalism and made me feel welcomed. the hotel's central location was a major advantage. It was convenient to access public transportation, including the nearby MRT transit system. the vibrant street surrounding the hotel had plenty of shopping options and hidden gems for late-night dining.

One downside of my stay was the outdated decor and facilities in the room. the furniture and hallway showed signs of aging and could use some refurbishment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room is spacious and can accommodate three people and their luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are nearby attractions such as the famous ChiaTe bakery for delicious treats. a pleasant stay.

The doormen were always available to assist us with opening doors and calling taxis, making our transportation around the city hassle-free. the hospitality service at this hotel was top-notch and made us feel right at home.

I recently stayed at San Want Hotel for my visit to Taipei and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us a free upgrade and allowing us to use a room to rest when we arrived early in the morning. They even surprised us by upgrading all our rooms with no additional charge. The hotel's hospitality and service were exceptional, and the rooms were kept impeccably clean with all necessary amenities. The location was also perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the metro station all within a short walk. I plan to stay at San Want Hotel again on my next visit to Taipei.
