Spacious room with great view, amazing bathroom with high-tech toilet. Staff provided excellent service, delivered ice bag immediately and lounge had refreshing iced tea and snacks. Breakfast had excellent choices and taste, with free bottled water. Staff always had welcoming smiles.

This hotel is conveniently located in a favorable area with many restaurants close by. It is also situated between 2 MRT stations, providing easy access to 3 different MRT lines. Guests can easily explore the city and visit attractions thanks to the hotel's proximity to the subway station.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel's owner is not highly recommended, and that there may be better options available.

Had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a unique Wang Wang biscuit theme. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a luxurious double person sunken spring tub and high-quality toiletries. the staff provided excellent service, from orientation to surprise treats throughout our honeymoon stay. the breakfast, while limited, was of high quality and the staff apologized for any delays. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like convenience stores and restaurants.

The Japanese-style bath was a highlight, and the city view from the room was stunning. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. it was a fantastic and reasonably priced stay.
