the exclusive amenities provided in the room made me feel pampered and special. the bar/lounge area was well-stocked and had an elegant atmosphere. the service from the staff was impeccable and they were always there to cater to my needs. the sauna and swimming pools were clean and relaxing, providing the perfect break from my busy schedule.

this was quickly resolved by the efficient staff and did not detract from the overall experience.

We were lucky to have found a good deal for a one night stay through Agoda. The hotel was very family friendly with cot and babysitting services available for an extra charge. The staff were always helpful and willing to carry our luggage. We could even request for hard pillows. The rooms were spacious, with a walk-in shower and bathtub which was perfect for the elderly people traveling with us. The breakfast buffet was huge and included both Western and Asian choices. The location of the hotel was great, just a 10-minute drive from Songshan airport.
