Location was good, very close to the subway station and a couple of stops away to the main city. the lobby area was cozy and well lit. the mattress was comfortable, and breakfast was satisfying.

The room was very small. the bathroom was tiny and showering was a struggle.

The Shin Shih Hotel Taipei offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. The hotel pays attention to detail, ensuring that rooms are clean and well-maintained. The basic amenities provided, such as a tub in the bathroom, add an extra level of comfort to the stay. The location of the hotel is superb, with its close proximity to the ShuangLiang MRT station on the DanShui line. Additionally, the hotel is just a 15-minute walk away from the bustling Ning Xia night market, allowing guests to easily explore the local culinary delights.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms, including a great flat screen TV and wireless internet. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop and subway station. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers like myself.
