Nothing, all excellent.

We stayed at a pleasant little hotel in a quiet, relaxing area. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to the railway station and close proximity to everything in the Shilin district. The room was bigger than average, quiet, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were impressive, with a wide variety of Taiwanese and international foods available. Families with children would also appreciate the nearby park, which had indoor and outdoor swimming pools for public use.

The staff's English proficiency could be improved.

Good location, next to subway and mini mart. Macdonald and Jian Dan MRT Station nearby. 24-hour reception, friendly staff. Clean rooms with newly refurbished bathrooms. Buffet breakfast enjoyable. Amenities provided, including free cookies and water in the room. Refreshing citrus-based body soap and shampoo. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was in a quieter residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and the hop on off bus stops, making it easy for me to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and clean, and I especially appreciated the walk-in enclosed shower stall on the 7th level with a large toilet. Lastly, the breakfast provided a decent variety of options and was included in the price, which was great value for money.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

A truly value for money stay with a good location. We booked a Deluxe Quad Room which had a sofa bed on the lower level and a king size bed on the upper level. The international breakfast spread was wide and satisfying. The hotel is also conveniently walkable to Jiantan Metro Station and Shilin Night Market. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordable rates and convenient location.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the great breakfast with a wide range of choices, from pastry items to hot dishes. The comfortable room had a nice view overlooking a green park and was kept clean by attentive housekeeping staff. The hotel's prime location near a vibrant night market and two convenient stores just outside the hotel made purchasing food and drinks easy.

On the negative side, we found the bathroom to be difficult to use for elderly individuals as the bathtub was too high, and there were no hooks to hang clothes. Although the hotel room was soundproof, the hallway was occasionally noisy due to smoking on one of the floors.
