The hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the main shopping area. It is so close to the pier that it's just a short walk away. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to the night market, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The rooms are modern and the bathrooms have been recently renovated, ensuring comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel's free bike service is quite limited, with only one bike available and without gears, making it impractical for exploring the lake.

I had to change rooms during my stay and the manager went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They upgraded my room and even gave me a special gift as an apology. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping street and close to the pier. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay at Sun Moon Lake.

This hotel is located in Ita Thao, a popular tourist area, and is very close to the lake. The staff was the best I've encountered in Taiwan, always helpful and outgoing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and twin beds. They even provided free water bottles and a small area to work on my laptop if needed. The breakfast was included and offered a basic but satisfying meal.

Xmas at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. I liked the modern rooms with windows and newly renovated bathrooms. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, even for those wanting Western breakfast options. Fresh fruit was also provided. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and offered a stunning view of the lake. I received a free ferry boat pass for one day, allowing me to visit other locations around the lake.

I disliked that it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel once the bus service stops early in the evening. Taking a taxi was the only possibility, but the drivers wouldn't use the meter and would ask for a hefty surcharge.

The rooms were not very soundproof, so it could get noisy depending on other guests. the promised mountain view was not always delivered, with some rooms having views of buildings instead.
