During my recent stay at a hotel in Taipei, I had a positive experience. The room was larger than expected, providing ample space for me to relax. Additionally, the hotel staff were accommodating and allowed me to check out 30 minutes after the designated time. The location of the hotel was convenient, especially for exploring the Ningxia market.

The hotel room was covered in carpet, which I personally dislike. Despite putting up a do not disturb sign, the hotel staff still entered my room without informing me.

They provided excellent service and were always helpful with our questions and requests. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to food markets, the nearest MRT station, and the city center. It made it very easy for us to explore the city and try out different restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more convenient.

I had a fantastic experience at Taipei City Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I forgot my sunglasses in the room. They were incredibly efficient in finding them and even held onto them until I could arrange for them to be sent back to Spain. This level of service is rare and truly outstanding.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. The room was super clean and looked brand new. I loved the modern decor and the comfortable furnishings. The bathroom was spotless and had the latest Washlet technology by TOTO. The room also had a big Panasonic LCD TV and a universal wall socket, so I could easily use my devices. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was close to everything, including the famous Ningxia Night Market. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary water bottles and the Starbucks located in the same building.

We stayed in a budget-friendly hotel near a bustling food market. The location was convenient with a nearby supermarket and a Metro station within walking distance. Despite the small room size, the warm toilet bowl added a pleasant touch. The staff provided a considerate upgrade offer for the next visit and accommodated requests for room cleaning. The lobby lacked desks, but the Wi-Fi access was reliable.

Great value for money, and a central location with some good restaurants nearby. the free breakfast is a nice touch and there's plenty of variety on offer. the staff are friendly and helpful and always on hand to offer advice or help out with anything that you need.

The rooms are a little on the small side and can feel cramped, plus some of the furnishings are a little tired and worn. the area outside the hotel is quite noisy and busy, so it can be difficult to get a good night's sleep if you're a light sleeper.

As a family with 2 small kids, we absolutely loved the exceptional staff service level at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide helpfulness and assistance during our stay. They not only provided directions and even escorted us to nearby locations, but also transferred our washed laundry into the dryer and even ordered wonderful snacks for our kids. We were truly impressed with their patience in answering our queries.

We felt very at home during our stay at Taipei City Hotel and have nothing to complain about.
