m hotel - main exceeded my expectations. the helpful staff, especially elaine at the front desk, made my stay exceptional. from detailed answers to my inquiries to remembering me and my tours, the service was top-notch. the location was excellent, with easy access to bus and train stations, eateries, and attractions. the family room was spacious and comfortable, truly worth the money.

I loved it here! The location of this venue is just perfect with all the convenience stores and the transportation links around it. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I was impressed by the room service round the clock. There is also a laundry facilities which was very handy for someone like me who always seems to spill something on their clothes.

This hotel is very convenient as it is close to the train station and Taipei metro station. It is also near everything, making it accessible to tourist spots and restaurants. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with bigger walking space and either one queen or king size bed or double queen-sized beds. The breakfast offered is acceptable, with toast and soy milk provided.

The interior design could be improved with better sound proofing.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to explore the city. It's just a few minutes away from the Metro train station and there are also bus lines nearby. The rooms are clean and have a new feel to them, but some have no windows. The breakfast spread has a good selection and there are also loads of cafes around the hotel.

The hotel can be quite noisy, especially when there are group travelers around.

My husband and I stayed at M Hotel - Main Station for one night as part of our Taipei vacation. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with enough room to comfortably walk around, even with our luggage open. The location was great, within walking distance of Ximending and Taipei Main Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available at the counter, even late at night. We appreciated their bilingualism, as they spoke both English and Korean. The hotel also provided hot and cold beverages 24/7, along with two bottles of water daily in the room. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The hotel amenities were generous- we received complimentary chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon arrival, which was a nice romantic touch. the hotel was situated in a lively and accessible area, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. the room was spacious and had a good view of the city, which we enjoyed.

The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. We were also woken up by loud noises in the hallway in the middle of the night.
