Great service from point to point

The Taipei Marriott Hotel offers a range of full amenities and excellent service. The staff is friendly and helpful, even making phone calls for guests who do not speak the language. The rooms are spacious with large king size beds and stunning unblocked views of the mountains. The front desk and housekeeping service are top-notch. The hotel's spa is truly out of this world and provides possibly the best service I have experienced anywhere. The dining options and room service are also great, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The comfort of the bed and pillows is particularly relaxing, making it easy to fall asleep in minutes. The staff even offers umbrellas for guests to use when going out.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and efficient, with fluent English speakers who were always available to assist us. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good selection of options. The location was just outside the city center but still accessible to restaurants and the shopping district of Taipei. Additionally, transportation was convenient, with taxis easily available and a short walk to the nearest station.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I must say, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I fell asleep in minutes every night. The staff at the front desk, especially Tina and Victor, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even offered umbrellas for us to use on rainy days. Special thanks to Ambrus from Concierge for his excellent food and shopping recommendations. The breakfast served in the room was delicious with decent choices. The spacious rooms with a good view of the mountains added to the overall fantastic experience. Will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, especially the bathroom. The hotel facilities were perfect, with plenty of sockets for all our gadgets and a big flat LCD TV screen. The high-speed internet access was a bonus. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, from the concierge to the front desk to the events team. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The buffet breakfast was superb, with quality food and beverages. The hotel's excellent security gave us peace of mind. The location was convenient, close to shopping malls and a Carrefour.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find using public transport from the city center. It is in a nice area, although a little away from the city center. The nearest train station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to explore the city. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and great views of the Taipei skyline. The bathroom is well-appointed and features a separate shower and tub. The staff provides excellent service and is eager to assist with any needs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel also boasts a lap pool, gym, and sauna for fitness enthusiasts.

The only drawback is the rude service experienced at the INGE'S Bar & Grill, where the staff refused entry unless a minimum spending was committed.

The check-in process at this hotel was smooth and fast. The receptionist was very informative and explained all the main facilities of the hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the breathtaking view from the high floor. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the gym was well equipped.

The location of the hotel was not ideal if you want to be close to downtown Taipei, as it was a 10-minute walk to the nearest MRT station and about a 40-minute ride to the city center. Additionally, the design of the "sky view" rooms was not to my liking, as the bathroom was fully open to the living area without much privacy.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The location was convenient, close to malls and the train station. The staff, particularly Tina, Victor, and Ambrus, were exceptional in ensuring a warm and memorable stay.

My recent stay at the Marriott in Taipei was absolutely fantastic. I was in Taipei for business and stayed at the hotel for five nights. The view from my room was absolutely amazing and the room itself was incredibly spacious. I loved how conveniently located my room was, as it was close to the cafe, meeting rooms, and conference rooms. Additionally, the hotel is situated near shopping malls and Carrefourre, making it easy to access everything I needed. The staff at the hotel were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, from the concierge to the front office to the events team. The quality of the food and beverages at breakfast and events was top-notch, and I felt very secure with the excellent security provided to the rooms. Lastly, the hotel had great visible signage and provided all the necessary information on their website.
