I had a really good stay at this hotel. it was excellent value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms. Secondly, the location was great, with easy access to downtown and the MRT station. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a budget hotel near the ocean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tamsui station and the famous Lover's Bridge. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a nice big bathroom. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the complimentary breakfast with its wide variety of tasty options. They even had free bicycle rental and laundry facilities.

The language barrier when taking the bus to the hotel, as the announcements were only in Chinese.

While most of the staff were polite and helpful, there were a couple who could improve their customer service skills. it would have been helpful if the staff had better direction-giving skills, as it was difficult to find the hotel at first.
