I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the mountainous area. The location was perfect for me as I love being surrounded by nature, and the hotel was nestled in a beautiful forest. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service, especially when there was a small issue with my airport pick-up. They quickly resolved the problem, upgraded my room, and even allowed me to check in early. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious food. The hot spring was a highlight of my stay, with multiple swimming pools and a sauna, providing me with the ultimate relaxation experience.

The location of this resort is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat in the mountains just a short distance from the city. The resort is surrounded by lush forestry, creating a picturesque setting for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the scenic hiking trails, with rest stops and hammocks along the way. The spacious rooms in the main building have comfortable king size beds, perfect for families. Additionally, the resort provides unlimited access to the spa facilities, including public and private options, ensuring guests can unwind and rejuvenate throughout their stay.

Limited food options and a lack of English translated written material may pose a challenge for international guests.

The spa facilities were great to unwind in during our Easter weekend stay just outside of the city. the location in the lush hills was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved the variety of hot springs, with both private and public options.

The room amenities were lacking compared to the hotel's price level. We also found the staff to be unhelpful and unorganized, especially during check-in.
