The manager, Frank, and his team stood out with their exceptional service. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the red line MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean and had a lovely spa on the top floor. The homemade jam at breakfast was a delightful touch, adding a unique flavor to our mornings. a truly great hotel experience.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break was truly amazing. the staff was so friendly and helpful, they even offered us complementary cocktails upon arrival! the hotel’s location was perfect, we were surrounded by great restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and decorated beautifully, it was a great way to relax after a busy day sightseeing.

While everything was perfect, we did experience a bit of miscommunication with room service. However, the hotel's deputy manager quickly rectified the situation and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Just had my second stay at this hotel and I will always choose to stay here whenever I am in the city! the staff at Okura are incredibly polite and helpful, making my experience the best ever. the hotel is conveniently located near lots of eateries and shopping options, and the highlight for me was the luxurious Japanese-style toilet in my beautiful and spacious room. the concierge service was outstanding, with Frank and his team providing great recommendations for experiencing Taipei.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in, room breakfast. While tasty, it arrived slightly later than expected and we had a tight schedule to follow.
