During our stay at The Tree House, the service at the front desk was excellent. The receptionist, Ms. Jessica, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She made our check-in process smooth and pleasant, leaving a lasting impression on us. Her dedication to providing excellent service truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service.

The hotel is located in a nice area right next to the LiuHe night market, which has lots of good food options. It's also very close to the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are comfortable, with big beds and white curtains, and the breakfast has a good spread for international and Western tastes.

The hotel was a great choice for our New Year's trip. the room was comfortable and the complementary L'OCCITANE shower products were a nice touch. the location was key, being close to a fun gaming arcade and a lively night market.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu, which got a bit boring by the third day. the air conditioning was a bit too cold for our liking and we could feel it even in the shower.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the nearest MRT station and several night markets. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, and the bathrooms are nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any requests. The breakfast, although not the best, is adequate. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, surrounded by beautiful plants and offering a relaxing atmosphere.

Loved the boutique feel and architecture of the building with a 'treehouse' interior. Superb location with a rooftop pool and bonus amenity of a Family Mart next door. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Liuhe Night Market. The breakfast dining area was comfortable with a good variety of East and West food options. The staff, particularly the night shift staff and the buffet breakfast staff, provided exceptional service. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and the pillows and comforter were very comfortable.

Felt at home and had no reason to complain.
