Great Staff and Excellent Services

During our 5-night stay at Via Hotel, we were impressed by the friendly and kind staff who always greeted us warmly. The 24-hour self-service cafe in the lobby was a wonderful feature, offering a wide variety of beverages, drinks, and snacks. We especially loved the braised eggs on the breakfast table. Our deluxe double bedroom with a Japanese onsen style bath-tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The hotel's strategic location in the heart of Ximending, just a 3-minute walk from MRT exit 6, made it convenient for us to explore the area. I highly recommend Via Hotel for its great staff, excellent services, and fantastic amenities.

Conveniently located in Ximending with easy access to shopping, food, and a nearby movie theater. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a desk and TV. English-speaking staff were friendly and helpful. The 24/7 Energy Bar provided a nice option for snacking any time. Enjoyed my stay and would return.

Can't fault the property.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located right in the heart of Ximending, surrounded by all the shopping and dining options you could ask for. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even speak English! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and all the basic amenities you need. Plus, they provide free snacks and drinks at the lobby floor, a lovely touch!

Housekeeping could use some improvement.

Had a great city trip in Taiwan and found a cozy gem. Perfect location in the center of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. Loved that there was a free 24-hour snack bar available in the hotel's common area. Rooms were spacious and clean with all necessary toiletries provided. the onsen-style tub and bath salts were a nice touch for relaxation.

It was a bit of a hassle for airport transfers as there was no direct drop off in front of the hotel and we had to walk a short distance from the main road to reach the lobby. would have been great to have a quaint cabinet or dresser in the room to store clothes instead of just hanging steel bars.
