Friendly staff, varied meal options for breakfast and dinner, helpful with signed deliveries, prompt room change, comfortable rooms with 24-hour hot spring baths. Convenient location near metro station and hot spring museum. Peaceful neighborhood with beautiful garden sculptures. Great overall experience.

The rooms are cozy and offer hot spring baths, which is incredibly relaxing after a long day at work. the breakfast is delicious and provided a great start to the day. the hotel is conveniently located near key business areas and transportation, making it easy to get around.

The rooms lacked basic facilities such as a refrigerator, which would have been helpful to store drinks. there was no place to hang clothes or towels, which made the room a bit cluttered.

Our stay at Water House was absolutely delightful. The location was convenient, with the hot spring museum and metro station nearby. The highlight was definitely the natural hot spring water in the room's bath, providing a truly relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. Although the room felt a bit small, it was comfortably furnished. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We stayed in a hotel near the MTR station, which was super convenient for exploring the city. The location was right next to the beautiful Beitou stream, providing a calming and picturesque view. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a window offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The hotel's public hot springs and facilities were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been improved.
