The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the bustling Ximending shopping area, making it convenient for shoppers and tourists alike. It's just a short walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to other parts of the city.

The laundry area could benefit from having more washing machines and dryers, as well as being open 24 hours, to accommodate guests' needs more efficiently.

We loved staying here because it was conveniently located right in the heart of the action, with easy access to everything. The service was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We also enjoyed the free wi-fi in our room and the soundproofed walls that allowed us to sleep well at night. this place provided us with exceptional service and comfort.

Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and excellent stay.

The Westgate Hotel in Taipei is conveniently located within walking distance to Ximending, and is near the metro and taxi stand. The friendly and efficient housekeeping team made our stay comfortable.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. You can easily walk to the main shopping district and sights, and the metro station is just a few steps away. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our new year stay memorable. the free complementary drinks and snacks in our room were a nice touch.

The breakfast offered limited choices and wasn't very tasty. the room was small and lacked some amenities that we expected for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness of the room, from the sheets to the towels. The housekeeper greeted me warmly and took great care in maintaining the neatness throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the lively Ximending area. It made it convenient for me to explore and then easily return to the room to freshen up. I also appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas for me to borrow when it rained. The buffet breakfast had a decent selection, and the coffee machine allowed me to enjoy a fresh brew of my choice. The staff, in general, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
