Great value for money and excellent location! the rooms were small but super clean and equipped with free Wi-Fi. Despite the size, there was enough storage space for two medium-sized luggage. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and shopping area, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the availability of an affordable airport transfer to the hotel.

The breakfast was not very appetizing and lacked variety. It was okay for filling up, but nothing to write home about.

I loved staying at the Ximen Citizen Hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, just a short walk away from the bustling Ximending Night Market and the Ximen MRT station. It was so convenient to explore the area. The hotel lobby was small but nicely decorated, and the staff, especially the front desk ladies, were incredibly friendly and spoke English. They even let us leave our luggage and explore before check-in time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that they cleaned the room every day and provided fresh supplies of water, coffee, tea, and snacks. The toiletries were also provided and I loved the liquid shower gel and shampoo dispenser. Despite being near the street, the noise from outside didn't disturb us at all. The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The person in charge of the breakfast restaurant was always pleasant and greeted us warmly. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the Ximen Citizen Hotel for my next trip.
