There was a lack of attentiveness from some of the staff, with the reception’s messages not being consistently translated and unclear about the checkout policy. it’s important to note that some services may not be suitable for families with young children as there are adult channels available on the TV.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the rooms were very spacious and the bathroom had a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The attention to detail and cleanliness were top-notch, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet area ensured a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me with printing my travel vouchers. the hotel provided great value for money, with basic amenities and breakfast included.
