The staff were friendly and helpful, offering airport pick-up. The breakfast buffet had a large variety. The architecture had a unique, individual touch. The room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient for both the airport and main attractions.

The Twins Hotel in Dushanbe is a hidden gem, with a cosy atmosphere and local style. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are exceedingly welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet location, away from busy roads. The CEE style breakfast is basic but adequate. The hotel offers convenient airport pickup and return.

Can't fault anything about it.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to explore all the nearby attractions on foot and it was just a short distance from the airport. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English. Whenever we needed assistance, they were there to help. The hotel amenities were top-notch. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well stocked and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the in-room computer, which was very convenient. we had a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

The hotel is highly recommended to everyone.

Spent a lovely Christmas vacation at a hotel and I must say it was worth every penny. the breakfast was simply delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect for us, close to many tourist attractions and a shopping mall. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some renovation. Although, we did love the decor and overall feel of the hotel, the outdated amenities were a bit of a letdown.
