I recently had an amazing stay at a lodge in Arusha. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help me. Whether it was giving me a ride to the city or providing advice on activities, they were always there for me. The restaurant/bar had delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, making it easy to connect with other guests. I would definitely recommend staying at this lodge for your next trip to Arusha.

Aspects we liked about our Christmas stay at this lodge were the delicious food and the friendly staff. the chef prepared wonderful meals, including a tasty carrot soup. the lodge is in a secluded green environment, perfect for relaxing during the holidays. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which was reliable and allowed us to explore the nearby town.

The major downside of our stay was the inconsistent internet and hot shower availability. It was frustrating to have unreliable wifi and sometimes lack of hot water for showers.

The staff are excellent. The meals are fresh and very well prepared. The ambience is good and very quiet, which is good for relaxing. Manager Romwald is very understanding and also fatherly. My kids really enjoyed their stay and the staff are so good with the kids. I really appreciate.

Had a hassle-free transfer from the airport with a low-cost driver. Delicious food and friendly staff. Convenient location close to the airport. Large and comfortable rooms with own bathroom. Enjoyed a huge and tasty breakfast. Safe environment. Helpful team available for every need. Chef Yasin provided authentic Tanzanian food upon request. a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed at Giraffe Lodge for a week while exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The property itself was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant and bar were a true highlight, with delicious and reasonably priced food. We highly recommend trying the chicken curry and chicken makange, prepared by the talented chef Yassin. The staff, including the friendly and attentive manager, made our stay truly special. They even helped us with practicalities like getting a sim card and taking us to the ATM. A true hidden gem and excellent value for money!

The dinner is delicious, but it's recommended to order ahead of time. The hotel is a hidden gem, providing a secluded and green haven perfect for larger groups of friends looking for a transition spot before embarking on safaris.

The staff were exceptional, always responsive and the free daily transfers to town were a great bonus. the food was delicious, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lodge made me feel right at home.

The road leading to the lodge could be difficult to navigate during the rainy season, making it challenging to leave the compound on foot. Additionally, the lights in the rooms were a bit too dim for my liking.

I booked a 1 night stay prior to starting a tour. I had booked a non-refundable room but when I called to explain they allowed me to come 2 days later without paying again. The staff overall were incredible and really made our experience special. They made us feel at home, were very professional and attentive to our needs. They even helped us get a sim card and took us to the ATM when picking us up from the airport. I would definitely stay here again and think this place is a true hidden gem. Great value for money!

Great start and end to our Christmas safari trip! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. the staff welcomed us warmly and even offered us a delicious fresh fruit juice upon arrival. the free airport pick-up service was a bonus, and the transfer was smooth and hassle-free. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and the restaurant had a good selection of food at reasonable prices.

The location of the lodge was a bit off the beaten path, and some areas could get a bit noisy. It was far from the town but close to the airport, which was convenient for our safari trip but not ideal for exploring the city.
