Clean rooms, beautiful gardens, excellent gym and spa, friendly staff, stunning views from mountain-facing rooms.

Our Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was amazing. the facilities were extraordinary, with a splendid pool and garden area. the staff was great, especially the front desk attendant who helped us with a PCR Test for our flight on the same day, and allowed us to stay in our room way past check-out time because of our late flight. the hotel's location was perfect, being surrounded by natural and amazing environments such as coffee and tea plantations and stunning views of Mount Meru.

There is nothing to complain about this hotel. We had an excellent time and everything was flawless.

The location of the hotel was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountain. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The service provided by the staff was impressive, with well-trained and helpful staff members. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the gym and spa facilities were well-maintained.

The pool was not heated, making it difficult to fully enjoy during colder weather.

The rooftop view of Mount Meru at Gran Melia was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a majestic sight every morning was a true highlight of my stay. The pool and gardens were also incredibly beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The staff at Gran Melia were well-trained and provided excellent customer care. They were always helpful and their English language skills were impressive. I also appreciated the sustainable approach of the hotel, with the use of glass bottles for drinking water. The gym and spa were well-maintained and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage I received there. I would highly recommend Gran Melia for its stunning views, lovely amenities, and great service.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel felt slightly overpriced compared to other 5-star hotels I have stayed in.

With a stunning view and luxurious amenities, this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful pool and garden area to the spa and wellness centre, all of my needs were fulfilled.

The one minor issue I encountered was with the breakfast buffet. Some items had been sitting there much longer than is ideal.
