Great location, fantastic Michamvi beach, friendly and kind staff, spacious and clean room, good food

Everything is what i need and want.

Quiet bay, breathtaking sunset, tranquil beach, rich local life. Zanzibar spices, romantic dinners on the beach, professional spa. Smiling, genuine staff. Exotic and recommended.

I was initially disappointed when my room at Sansi Kae Beach Resort was not as expected, but the manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they upgrade me to a seafront suite at no extra charge, but they also treated me to a complimentary dinner on the beach and a bottle of sparkling wine. The staff's willingness to ensure my satisfaction was truly commendable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional power cuts and no hot shower in the bathroom, I believe these were beyond the hotel's control. Despite these issues, the resort made up for them through their exceptional customer service and the overall experience they provided.

the luxurious amenities like the spa and outdoor swimming pool exceeded our expectations. the staff were extremely professional, and the full body massage was fantastic. We enjoyed the live entertainment while relaxing in the sun loungers on the sun terrace. the beach access and location advantages were outstanding, and the garden area was impressive. the food was tasty, with a variety of options from the snack bar and restaurant, and we appreciated the special diet menus. We had a private dinner on the beach that was truly romantic and memorable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of beach umbrellas, which made it difficult to enjoy the beachfront during the hot sunny days.

The location of the hotel was amazing! the serene, peaceful and tranquil environment offered a paradise-like experience off the Indian Ocean. the staff were warm, welcoming and kind at all times and made me feel at home. the food was excellent as well, with traditional dishes and local spices that really offered a taste of the region. One more great aspect was the opportunity to arrange romantic dinners on the beach which was really an unforgettable experience.

One downside of the hotel was that some of the facilities seemed old and outdated. the power supply was unstable leading to frequent power cuts and there was no hot water in the bathrooms.
