The staff was very helpful and provided great information about tours and activities. the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the hot weather. the location was fantastic, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the area.

The lockers in the room were not working as advertised on the website, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was some confusion at check-in and the receptionist seemed unprepared, causing unnecessary stress.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with everything well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service. The location in the city center was perfect, right across from the Freddy Mercury museum and in the best area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The cleanliness has improved, staff is friendly and facilities are better. Always someone cleaning washrooms. Superb location in the middle of Stone Town. Beds in shared dormitories are excellent, with lockers and great water pressure. Airport transfer was met with a sign for the hotel.

For the price I paid, the value was outstanding. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with curtains for privacy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff, especially Pily at the reception, were always smiling and ready to help. I didn't regret my choice at all!

I recently stayed at Lost & Found for a few nights during my visit to Stone Town. The double bed in the dorm was a pleasant surprise, and the bathrooms were always clean. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, with constant smiles. I also enjoyed playing table football, and the location of the hostel is unbeatable. The air conditioning was a great bonus.
