I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, especially because it was close to the ferry port, making it easy for me to catch my ride to Zanzibar. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and always went out of their way to accommodate me. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the quiet atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and I even had access to a fantastic fitness center.

The breakfast at Four Points By Sheraton was absolutely amazing. There was a wide variety of delicious local and western dishes to choose from, and I never had the same thing twice during my four-night stay. The service was exceptional, with the chef personally seeking our feedback every day. The piano player in the reception area added a touch of elegance to the dining experience. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed, with all the amenities one would expect from a higher category hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a modern rain shower. The internet service was also above average for similar hotels. Lastly, considering the location and level of service, the rates were excellent.

I recently stayed at a nice hotel in Dar es Salaam for a few days. The hotel provided exceptional Wifi, claiming to be the best in town. They also had a lovely swimming pool and a delicious breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with the Customer Relations lady offering great restaurant recommendations and the breakfast lady remembering me from a previous visit. The Asian restaurant on the top floor offered stunning views, though I wish it had an open air terrace. The bar had a vibrant red decor and a fascinating street view, especially on Friday evenings.

The included breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of both local and Western dishes. the service was excellent and the chef even came out to ask for feedback. the rooms were well appointed with all the amenities one could hope for, including a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a great shower. the internet service was better than average for hotels of this type.

There was no fridge in the room and a lack of coat hangers or hooks to hang towels or clothes. the toilet was quite small and there was no table or luggage rack to keep suitcases on.

The location was perfect, especially for our ferry ride to Zanzibar. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was beyond awesome, with plenty of options for everyone. The pool was perfect and the rooms were a great size. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about during our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.
