We found a great hotel in the heart of the bustling city. It was conveniently situated right in the centre of town, close to the airport and a mosque. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a pool which was a nice addition to beat the heat in the city.

The food at the hotel was a letdown. The steak we ordered was tough and inedible, and even after showing it to the server, no action was taken.

I had a cozy getaway from the intense traffic and noise in and around the city. The hotel's location in the middle of a busy neighborhood was surprisingly tranquil. The rooms I stayed in were spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were always friendly and willing to assist. The hotel's facilities, including the pool set in a large garden area, were enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the free city tour provided by the hotel was a nice bonus.

They truly value customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to rectify a small misunderstanding with our bill. The hotel matched the description and photos, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food and drinks, and the shower in our room was warm and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had good security at the gate.

I stayed at Tulia Boutique Hotel for two nights - one before my safari and one after. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, constantly checking on our well-being. The hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely, with big comfy beds. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. The pool area was nice, with plenty of seating available. The location was quiet and not far from downtown. I had a great stay and would definitely check for availability here when I return to Arusha.

the staff at the hotel were amazing - super friendly and always willing to help. the room was spacious and extremely clean, with all the basic necessities in the bathroom. the hotel itself was very secure, making us feel safe throughout our stay. the breakfast served was delicious and the hotel had a good overall cleanliness. I even had the opportunity to be introduced to a wonderful travel agent through the hotel. They also organized our pick-up and drop-off to the airport, which was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're planning a trip to Tanzania.
