Excellent beachfront accommodation with fully equipped villas and balconies offering stunning sea views. Refreshing and clean pool. The service is outstanding, with reception and restaurant staff being very helpful and welcoming. Can definitely recommend for both short and long stays, including solo travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Matemwe with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right next to a charming fishing village. The beach was picturesque with fine sand and palm trees, creating a private and relaxing retreat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The hotel restaurant offered a basic menu, but the fish dish was delicious. I enjoyed the pool deck, which had a stunning view of the beach. Despite some minor issues like the air conditioning not working properly, I found the hotel to be great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Zanzibar.

The resort was in a great location for those who want to escape the crowds. the atmosphere is peaceful and the staff give a warm welcome from the beginning. the rooms are incredibly roomy with amazing local decorations in comparison to the surrounding properties. Added to that, the food was very delightful and offered a choice of local or western dishes.

The resort could do with a little more maintenance and attention to detail. the pool needed further cleaning, and there was no option to pay with credit card which was quite inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was right by the beach. We could enjoy the beautiful view and the steady warm breeze. Additionally, the hotel offered bike rental, which was nice to have for exploring the surrounding area.

Swimming in the ocean was not really possible due to the beach not being the nicest.

Right on beach, with separate air conditioned room. Lovely simple decor, beautiful location surrounded by greenery. Spacious, well-equipped room with modern furniture. Huge, comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool. Helpful manager and staff who understand English. Conveniently located near village center, diving centers, and coral reef snorkeling.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful location right on the beach. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a nice pool area and easy access to the beach. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.
