the rooms were beautiful and the food was amazing. The staff was friendly and always organized great excursions. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back.

water problems for the first 3 days

The location of the resort was simply breathtaking, right on the sea with stunning views. The main eating restaurant was conveniently situated, allowing for easy access to delicious meals. Additionally, the resort was in close proximity to touristy events, making it a perfect base for exploration.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.

The pools and gardens at Zanzibar Bay Resort were beautiful and spacious, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The outdoor areas were well-maintained and inviting. The rooms had a nice sitting area on the balcony with lovely views. The resort's location right on the beach was a plus, even though the beach itself may not be ideal for swimming. The excursion desk was helpful in arranging transportation. The bar staff, cleaning staff, and ground staff were all friendly and polite, making the overall experience enjoyable. The entertainment staff organized fun activities every day, ensuring there was never a dull moment.

If you're looking for an easy peasy holiday with all-inclusive, this hotel is for you. Fantastic swimming pools, clean facilities, spa, gym, four bars, activities. Amazing value for money. The food was great with many options, different every day, lots of seafood, and themed nights. Beautiful and clean rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the access to the public pool and nearby beach. Honeymooners were upgraded to a premium room and had a wonderful housekeeper. Great assistance from the gentleman at the excursion office. Excellent diving at Mnemba. Gorgeous and well-kept resort with friendly staff.

We had an amazing time during our New Year's trip. the complementary upgrade to a beautiful premium room and delicious all-inclusive food were a great surprise. the location had access to a public pool and nearby beach and was great for organizing activities. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the excursion office staff and the opportunity to enjoy great diving.

There were a few negative aspects, such as the noise from the public pool and bar area in some rooms, and the poor quality of the bedding and discomfort after eating certain foods. It was also disappointing to encounter rude behavior from some of the bar staff.

Great all-inclusive resort with delicious food, friendly staff, and a variety of activities. Convenient excursion office and fun music events. Comfortable rooms, although had initial water issues. Ice availability at bars should be improved. Can't wait to come back!
