The staff, especially our butler Winston, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was luxurious and enjoyable. The villa we stayed in was beautiful, with a stunning view and a private pool. The ocean was like something out of a movie, with turquoise and clear waters. The complimentary massages were a treat, and we even got to enjoy a sunset cruise and a picnic on a private island. The food at the resort was exceptional, with every meal being top notch. I highly recommend this resort for a once-in-a-lifetime paradise getaway.

Also, the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was poor and often disconnected, making it difficult to complete any work that required internet access. my experience at this hotel was average and lacked the luxury experience I was expecting for the price.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with its exclusive amenities that catered to our luxurious needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa and wellness centre were rejuvenating. the outdoor heated swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a relaxing body scrub, massage and facial at the Spa lounge. the sun terrace had ample sun loungers to unwind and soak up the sun with a stunning view of the beachfront. the beach access was effortless and the garden area was well maintained. The entertainment schedule was packed with fun activities, and the restaurant served delicious food with in-room breakfast, outdoor dining area, snack bar and packed lunches to choose from. Cons: the hotel was perfect, but the only minor issue was the slow access to drinks at the villa, which they remedied by bringing us our beverage through room service.
