The property is well-maintained with spacious rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. The kitchen appliances are top-notch and the lap pool is a great feature. The included sailing and paddle boards are a nice addition.

The location is steps from the beach, which was amazing. The resort is small, so there were always chairs available by the beach or pool. It was nice and quiet, perfect for older families and groups. The villas were huge, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for our family. The facilities were beautiful and the water was the bluest we've seen in the Caribbean. The staff was laid back and super helpful, making our vacation great. Chef Robert, Winston, Warren, Berry, Reko. Great attention to detail and customer service, we didn't have to worry about anything during our stay. We'll definitely be returning next year!

We had an amazing time during our New Year's trip. the staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top, notch. the location of the resort was perfect, just a short drive from the airport. Our room was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the pool and ocean. We also loved that the resort had easy access to a beautiful beach and provided all the necessary amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even paddle, boards and rafts at no extra charge. the ocean water was crystal clear and so refreshing to swim in. the pool bar restaurant served delicious food, especially the quesadillas, and the onsite spa offered fantastic massages. it was a quiet and rejuvenating vacation.

The staff were excellent and provided outstanding and friendly service. The Residence unit was very nice with plenty of room and a well-equipped kitchen. The lap pool was a great feature and allowed for a swim workout while on vacation. The facility is beautiful and the wide beach was a nice addition. Breakfast included and Molton Brown bath products were a nice touch.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. the beach was beautiful, with a wide stretch of pristine sand. the hotel also offered a variety of activities and amenities for families, including beach toys for the little ones and special events like movie nights and BBQs.

We did experience some issues with the cable, which meant we couldn't watch TV during our stay. However, considering the incredible location and all the other enjoyable activities offered at the hotel, this was a minor inconvenience that didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly staff and great customer service. The facilities, including the pools, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. The spacious 3-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen made our vacation even more enjoyable. Plus, the complementary bicycles were a convenient way to explore the town.

Wonderful resort experience on the stunning Grace Bay beach. We stayed in a spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. The beach was picture-perfect, with clear blue/green waters and pristine white sand stretching for miles. The wifi was decent, and the front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Calls for any needed items were answered promptly. a fantastic experience at Somerset On Grace Bay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had such an amazing time at this wonderful place for all the family! The Somerset is perfectly situated in the middle of Grace Bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They always made sure we had a great day and gave us recommendations for things to do. The resort had so many activities for everyone, and we loved stand up paddle boarding in the crystal clear water of Grace Bay. Even when we had a rainy afternoon, the condo had a huge selection of TV channels to keep us entertained. Grace Bay felt safe and friendly, and I can't wait to come back with my family!

The included breakfast was fabulous and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. The location was perfect, with the bluest water I've ever seen. Everything was immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. It was truly a wonderful experience.

We also loved the fact that sailing and paddle boards were included, adding to the fun and enjoyment of our stay. the location was perfect, offering easy access to the pool and beach. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for a New Year's getaway.

There were a few things that could have been better during our stay. the food at the pool restaurant for breakfast and lunch was just okay, and it took a long time to be served.
