the staff was very professional and kind, and one person in particular went above and beyond to help us after a bad experience with a taxi driver. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the rail station just a five-minute walk away from the airport. the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a mini-fridge, electric kettle, and a large desk. the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything clean. the shower in the bathroom was also wonderful, and the hotel provided free bottled water daily. the breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of items to choose from, including scrambled eggs, salads, fruits. They even offered a free transfer to the airport. the Japanese kitchen served excellent food, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely book again on our way home!
