Hidden away in the heart of the bustling city, this hotel offers a tranquil oasis for a relaxing stay. The location is very convenient, with the SkyTrain station and Emquartier shopping mall nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully-equipped, offering maximum comfort. The staff are friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast, though nice, could use improvement in terms of temperature. However, the hotel makes up for it with its amazing pool, gym, and breathtaking views. a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only downside was a rude member of staff in the restaurant.

the private facilities in the spacious room were excellent. the Spa Centre and Sauna were well equipped and the staff offered top-notch service. the location advantages were great too, with a wonderful garden area and a heated swimming pool. the special diet menus served at the restaurant were delectable.

Though everything else was excellent, one minor issue was that the massage at the Spa lounge was a bit overpriced.

The rooms were clean and spacious with amazing amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel was located in a difficult to navigate neighborhood and not close to any bars or shops. the reservation process was extremely confusing and we ended up paying more than we had expected.
