This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping centers, markets, and everything else you could need. The staff provides excellent service and maintains clean and well-maintained rooms with basic amenities. The breakfast included was also a nice touch.

Occasional issues with the air conditioning, but overall a great stay.

The location of 4M Pratunam is excellent, with easy access to shopping and public transportation. The owner, Mr. Ting, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He personally greeted us and made sure all our requests were met. The rooms were clean and well-serviced by the housekeeping staff. Despite the basic breakfast, there are affordable dining options nearby, including vegetarian and Indian restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and attentive owner.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, as it is just opposite a family mart and close to the Pratunam morning and night markets. This makes it easy to grab snacks and explore the local market scene. Additionally, it is a short walk to the famous Platinum Mall, perfect for shopaholics.

The rooms, however, do not have fridges, which can be inconvenient if you want to keep your drinks cold or store any leftovers.

The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping and dining options, which made it easy to get around. , the toiletries were of good quality and the housekeeping was prompt in keeping the room tidy.

The room was quite small and lacked natural light. The noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to sleep, and the breakfast was pretty underwhelming.
