The rooms were small but clean, and the highlight was the super helpful Nisa at reception. The hotel is in a great location, near the Sunday market and within walking distance of everything we needed. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was great, with easy access to the old city and close proximity to the Chiang Mai Food Market and many interesting wats.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk to the Sunday night market and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was nice and comfortable, with a fridge and a TV. Plus, the fact that the electricity was on all the time was a pleasant surprise, as we could leave our things in the fridge throughout the day. the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful, always providing us with directions and advice on day trips. Lastly, the little kitchen area with free toast, tea, coffee, and water in the mornings was a great addition.

One downside of the hotel was its proximity to a school, which meant that in the mornings it could be quite noisy outside. If you're not an early riser, I would suggest requesting a quiet room on the ground floor to minimize the noise.
