The location of this hotel is really convenient, as it is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to numerous restaurants and shops. The staff here are incredibly friendly and eager to help. They offer various tours from the reception, which is a great added bonus. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, making for a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be more powerful, as the room tended to get fairly warm. However, this was not a major issue.

The hotel offered friendly staff and well-maintained facilities. the location was perfect, being close to the beach and other key amenities such as restaurants and bars. I also enjoyed the strong WiFi connection offered by the hotel, making it easy to stay connected.

The air conditioning in the room was not strong enough, leading to a somewhat warm environment. there were no fans in the room to help alleviate this issue.

We had a great stay at a budget-friendly place in Patong. Our room was decorated nicely with traditional Thai elements and was clean. The location was decent, just a short walk from the main area. We appreciated the convenience of having a minimart next door. Although there were a few minor issues with the AC and balcony view, they didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. We had a pleasant stay at a residence near Patong beach. The location was reasonable, not too far from the beach and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We also found a night market just a short walk away, which was convenient. we enjoyed our time at the residence and would recommend it to others.

We were amazed by the luxurious vibes and beautiful interior design of our stay. The 99 Residence exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money, with the rooms being clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the convenience of having computers and free wifi available for use. The on-site restaurant served delicious Thai food, and we particularly loved their sticky rice with mango. our stay at 99 Residence was a true delight and we can't wait to show off pictures of this amazing place to our friends.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were able to park our vehicle easily, and the transportation options were convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near the famous Simon cabaret show and in downtown Patong. Renting a bike was a breeze, thanks to the nearest rent-a-bike outlet. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delightful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
