The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the maids came every day to clean and change towels. The staff at reception were helpful and even called to check on our pick-up. The swim-up rooms were a highlight, offering a unique and relaxing experience. The pool area was lovely and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. The spa services were reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and professional. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

The noise levels from the adjoining room were quite disturbing and affected our sleep. The lack of privacy on the patio was a drawback, as we could easily see our neighbors.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort with a very welcoming and helpful staff. the pool access from our room was so convenient, and it was just a short walk to Karon Beach. the hotel had a nice aesthetic, although there were some areas that needed repairs. the service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive to our needs.

My stay at Access Resort And Villas was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I loved the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The pool access was a highlight, allowing me to relax and cool off right outside my room. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it was amazing! the rooms were spacious and the aircon was the best we've experienced in Thailand. the location was great, close to many shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket. Loved the direct access to the pool from our patio and the under-water bar stools were a cool touch. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was decent but could have been warmer. However, there were many other food options available in the hotel's poolside restaurant and bar.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled all our needs. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning and provided a relaxing setting. the Spa & wellness centre offered massages and various treatments to rejuvenate the mind and soul. the Restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast every day. the location of the hotel was nice and quit, with just a few minutes walk to the local restaurants and shopping.

The only minor issue we faced was the pool with a view which needed more beach umbrellas and sun loungers to accommodate all the guests. this didn't affect the enjoyable experience that we had in the pool with the beautiful view of the surrounding garden area.
