The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transport. Close to the skytrain and offering free shuttle service to most attractions in the city, it's perfect for exploring. Additionally, it is conveniently located near all the big shopping centers and within close proximity to a BTS station. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has great facilities such as a gym and sauna.

The cleanliness of the towels could be improved.

Here, we found a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities fulfilled. the service was impeccable, and the spa & wellness center was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day of exploring. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a Jacuzzi for added relaxation. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the private facilities were also exceptional, making the stay feel truly exclusive.

The only minor issue was with the sauna. Although it was available, it wasn't well maintained and could have been cleaner.

I had a great experience staying at Aetas. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. They even suggested cheaper ways for us to do the activities we wanted. the room was excellent and the bathroom was amazing, although there was no shampoo or gel near the bathtub, only in the shower. the view from the hotel was breathtaking and the location was convenient. We could easily walk to the market even late at night and feel safe. the spa at the hotel was also amazing. it was a nice stay.
