As a backpacker, I loved the convenient location near bars, restaurants, and the Nana sky train. The clean, modern rooms and comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The gym and swimming pool were adequate, and I enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds. The helpful staff quickly resolved any issues, and the attached Starbucks was a bonus.

The hotel offered two complementary facts that were greatly appreciated. the location was convenient, close to bars and street food. the view from the bedroom was lovely.

The paid-for room was not ready until 11:30 pm. the staff's English was lacking as they couldn't understand the fridge in our room wasn't working after several requests.

The location was perfect for me as it was right in the center and close to public transportation. The staff were incredibly helpful and even paid for my taxi when my card didn't work, allowing me to pay them back later. The jacuzzi suite was absolutely lovely and I enjoyed every minute of it. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the various amenities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property was stunning and exactly like the pictures. The views from the pool were insane, especially at night, and made for awesome pictures. We loved that the hotel never seemed crowded, and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves during our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. we had a fantastic time at Aira Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11.
